  • To obtain Consent for Operation (CFO) – For Operation of Industry.

  • Filling of form-I monthly returns regarding the consumption of Water.
  • Filling of Effluent Test / Sewage Test Report

3.HAZARDOUS WASTE (MANAGEMENT, HANDLING AND TRANSBOUNDRY
MOVEMENT) RULES, 2008

  • To obtain Hazardous Waste Authorization-For Collection-Storage-Disposal of Used Oil/e-Waste and any other Hazardous Waste categories in the rule.
  • Filling of Form-III monthly returns regarding generation/disposal of Hazardous Waste.
  • Filling of Form-IV Annual returns regarding generation/disposal of Hazardous Waste.
  • Filling of Form-13 Hazardous Waste Manifest – during disposal of Hazardous Waste from the industry.

4.BATTERIES (MANAGEMENT & HANDLING) RULES 2001

  • Filling of Form-VIII for filling return for bulk consumer of batteries – Half Yearly.

5. ENVIRONMENTAL (PROTECTION) ACT

  • Filling of Form-V Environmental Statement.
